We asked when you’re actually getting your workouts in right now. Hundreds of you weighed in and one thing was clear…

Early mornings are winning.

Before 6am took the top spot by a pretty wide margin.

A few notes from the field:

  • Early crew kept it simple. Get it done before the day has a say. One dad said 4:00 comes early… but 4:05 doesn’t feel that bad.

  • A lot of guys said it’s the only guaranteed window. Afternoons and nights get swallowed by work, kids, and everything else.

  • Afternoon crew is making it work when they can, sometimes even turning it into time with their kids. One dad said his 7-year-old has started joining him in the home gym.

  • Nights are more of a wildcard. Some dads sneak in workouts after bedtime or mix it into normal life like lifting while cooking or getting a long walk in.

  • And then there’s the reality for some… work schedules flip everything. Midnight shifts mean your “evening” might look a lot different than everyone else’s.
