I saw a tweet the other day that said:
"Move like you already got it. The universe doesn't bless hesitation."
I don't know about the universe. But I do know hesitation has a way of stealing a lot from us.
As dads, it's easy to wait until we feel ready. Ready to make the career move. Ready to have the hard conversation. Ready to coach the team. Ready to finally prioritize our health.
The reality is, very few of us have ever felt completely ready for the biggest moments in our lives.
Not marriage. Not becoming a dad. Not bringing home that first baby.
We figured it out because we had to.
Sometimes confidence doesn't come first. Sometimes confidence shows up after you take the first step.
So if you've been waiting for the perfect time...
It probably isn't coming. Take the step. Trust yourself to figure out the rest.
