Full body. Simple.

Warm-Up (4 min)
Air squats x20 → push-ups x15 → plank 30 sec. Repeat once.

  • Goblet Squat: 4×10

  • Dumbbell Bench Press: 3×8–10

  • Romanian Deadlift: 3×8

  • Plank: 3×45–60 sec

Finisher: 10-minute EMOM (every minute on the minute)

  • Minute 1: 10 kettlebell swings

  • Minute 2: 8 burpees

  • Alternate until time’s up
