Welcome to the Weekend. A bit shorter today as my 3-year-old has been waking up at 5 am after switching to his ‘big boy’ bed.

10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
10 Dumbbell Snatches (5 each arm – use a backpack if you don’t have dumbbells)
10 Burpees

You’ll be sweaty, humbled, and glad it’s the weekend.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
We launched the community extension of the newsletter this week. It’s called Built for More — a space to connect with like-minded dads, swap parenting wins (and fails), trade gear recs, tackle weekly challenges, and just have a crew that gets it.
Excited to see where it goes over the next few months. Come be part of it.
